Poppyseed Chicken is one of my favorites. Chicken poppers are available in the produce section of most supermarkets, but they are large and heavy. If you are looking for a healthy weeknight dinner idea you might want to use a popper instead.
A popper is small enough to fit under the grill and that makes it an easy dinner for your family. Some of the seasonal vegetables you could use to make a great dinner with your family would be spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions.
A wonderful combination of flavors and textures is in the poppyseed chicken. Adding some shredded Italian cheese would compliment the Italian flavors of the chicken and pork.
You could also add some deli steak and pork chops and this would create an extremely delicious meal. Using pork is another great way to make the recipe healthy and delicious.
Add a little apple cider vinegar to the pork and that would also add to the flavor of the chicken. Add in a few simple spices such as thyme, oregano, Rosemary, and basil and the entire meal would be extra special. By doing these few simple changes, you could have the perfect weeknight dinner for your family.
